Steps

1Open your site and go to the Census tab
2Select the Sensors view
3Here you find all the mounts and devices of the site
4The status label tells you if the device is transmitting: green = active with the last transmission date, red = offline and for how many days
5Click on the mount to open the detail with all transmitted data

Steps

1Open your site: the Assessment section shows the satellite map
2Click the layer selector at the top left of the map
3Search for “NDVI”, or browse the Land Use category
4Select the NDVI map: it measures how much vegetation there is and how vigorous it is
5Open the Legend: green = dense healthy vegetation, yellow and red = sparse vegetation, bare or built-up soil
6To analyze trends use Monthly, Period average or Year delta: you compare vegetation over time

3Search for “heat”: you find the Urban heat island layer in the Risks category
4Select the map: it shows where heat builds up compared to the surrounding areas
5Open the Legend: red and orange = hotter surfaces (asphalt, roofs), green and blue = cooler areas (vegetation, water)
6Compare it with the NDVI map: where vegetation is missing heat rises, and that is where action pays off
