Creating the demo of the XNatura platform is a simple and quick process that allows you to immediately test the great potential of this assessment and environmental monitoring tool for your asset of interest. Below, we will describe all the necessary steps to create your demo of a site-specific assessment, supported by demonstration videos that will guide you step by step through this process.
Did you know that you can generate a demo of the XNatura platform for completely free? This is your opportunity to discover the interface, test its functionalities, and explore some of the environmental KPIs analyzed on a site of your interest. The first, simple step to create your demo is to register for an account: Once your account is created, you will be ready to proceed with the next step: defining the polygon of the site to be analyzed.
After creating the account, the next step is to accurately identify your site on the map. By defining the area of the asset and the surrounding Control Area, you will be able to start generating environmental data. To define the perimeter of your site, you have two options: upload a KML file or draw the perimeter manually. Let’s see how to proceed through the uploading of a KML file: Once saved, the platform will be active: your site, along with its Control Area, will be created. At this point, you can proceed with the generation of environmental data. (If you need to know how to create a KML file, consult the next section).
The KML file is the ideal tool to accurately define the polygon of the site to be analyzed on the XNatura platform. But how do you generate a KML file? The process is very simple: the most common tool for this operation is Google Earth, which allows you to create KML files with relative ease. In the video below, all the key steps for generating your KML file are shown.
If you do not have a KML file, you can still create your site by drawing the polygon manually on the map. The steps to follow are as follows: Once saved, the platform will be active: your site, along with its Control Area, will be created. Now you can proceed with the generation of environmental data.

We are monitoring the impact of our assets on biodiversity, improving it through regeneration efforts such as the creation of our Oases, and increasing our impact by raising awareness among local students.

The issue of biodiversity has always been central to the strategies of Mutti, whose business revolves entirely around a product of the earth, a symbol of Made in Italy in the world: the tomato. Precisely for this reason, within our Green Strategy, we have initiated a program of ecosystem restoration and rehabilitation, which starts from the very land where we have our production facilities. The collaboration with XNatura is therefore essential for us, in order to give scientific validation to our projects and help us in building a long-term strategy that will help us grow and bring increasing value to the environment.
