Report builder with ready-to-use templates

We enhanced the report builder integrated into the platform with a new window dedicated to templates. From a single place you can now pick a ready-to-use template, save your favourite compositions and reuse them every time you need to prepare a document. The report blocks also display your site's real data: charts, indicators and tables fill in automatically with the most up-to-date values, so the preview truly matches the final document. The whole experience has been translated into all the platform languages, so you can prepare reports in the language of your audience. This saves you a lot of time: you no longer have to rebuild the same structure from scratch for every site or every period. To try it, open a site in the Monitoring section and access the report builder. From there, choose a template, customise the blocks and generate the document to share. It is an important step forward for anyone who regularly presents environmental results to colleagues and stakeholders.

We fixed a flaw in the indicators widget that can be embedded in external websites. Previously, when some data was not available for a site, the widget still displayed empty boxes or placeholders with no content. This gave an unpolished impression precisely on the pages that many organisations use to communicate their environmental results to the public. Now the boxes without data are hidden automatically and the widget only shows the indicators that are actually available. The result is a cleaner, more compact and more professional presentation, with no wasted space. The fix covers all the widget sections, from the climate indicators to those on biodiversity and land use. You do not have to do anything: if you have already embedded the widget on your website, the change is active automatically. This way your visitors always see only real and meaningful information.

We fixed an issue that could prevent the impact indicators from loading on the overview page. In some situations the boxes with the key figures remained empty or showed an error, even when the data was actually present. The problem concerned the way the page requested the information and occurred mostly on private spaces. Now the requests are made correctly and the indicators appear reliably on every visit. This means the big picture of your project is always complete at first glance. To check, open your organisation's main page on the platform: the impact figures will be visible at the top of the page. No action is required on your part, the fix is already active for everyone. If in the past you had noticed empty boxes in the overview, you will now always find your data in place.

We rewrote the legends in the risks section to make them clearer and more immediate. Previously some labels were so concise that they left doubts about how to interpret the colours and levels shown. Now the entries explicitly explain what a high priority and a medium priority mean, so you instantly understand which risks deserve attention first. The new wording has been refined in all five platform languages, with the same level of clarity. This helps you read the risk maps and tables without needing external explanations and share the results with non-expert colleagues. To see the new legends, open the risks section from a site's monitoring. You will find the updated descriptions next to the indicators and priority levels. A well-written legend turns a complex chart into an immediate decision-making tool.
