Perimeter being generated and clearer crop editor
When you create a new site by uploading a file, the map now clearly shows the processing status while the perimeter is being generated. The crop assignment editor also becomes more readable thanks to a header that always stays visible at the top of the list.
New Features
2 updatesThe map tells you when the perimeter is being generated
stato-perimetro-in-elaborazioneWe have introduced a new visual status that guides you when you create a site by uploading a file with the areas to monitor. In some cases the site perimeter is not drawn on the map right away, but is processed by the platform a little later, and until now this wait could look like a freeze or an error because the map appeared to stay empty. From now on, instead, the map clearly shows that the perimeter is being generated, so you always know the system is working for you. This removes any doubt and lets you understand at a glance that you only need to wait a few moments for the area to appear automatically. You no longer have to reload the page and you do not risk thinking you did something wrong during the upload. As soon as the perimeter is ready it is shown on the map and selected automatically, with no manual action required on your part. The new feature makes creating a new site calmer and more transparent, especially when you upload large areas or complex files. To try it go to XNatura → Monitoring → Map → New site and upload a file with the areas to monitor: you will see the processing status appear until the perimeter is fully generated.
Bug Fixes
2 updatesAlways readable header in the crop assignment editor
editor-colture-intestazione-leggibileWe have improved the readability of the editor that lets you assign crops to the different areas when you work on land use starting from an uploaded file. In this tool the list of areas and crops can become very long, and until now the header showing the columns could be hard to read while you scrolled through the list. We have made this header fixed and clearly legible, so it always stays visible at the top of the list even when you scroll through the many entries. This way you always know which column each value belongs to and you can assign crops with greater confidence. The improvement is especially useful when you manage files with many areas, where losing track of the columns used to slow down your work. The fix is already active automatically and requires no action on your part. To see it go to XNatura → Monitoring → Site → Map, open the crop assignment tool and scroll the list: the header will always stay in view. This way you can complete the assignment in a faster and tidier way.
