Map filters always fully visible

We fixed a visual glitch affecting the fixed group of filters at the top of the Monitoring map. When the bar with notices and updates was present at the top of the platform, the filters group could end up partly hidden behind it or overlap its contents, making the controls awkward to use. The problem was especially noticeable on smaller screens, where the space at the top is precious and any overlap immediately catches the eye. With this update the filters are now automatically positioned just below the notices bar, so both stay always fully visible and usable. You do not have to change anything in the way you work: the layout adapts on its own to whether the bar is present or not. The result is a tidier map, where you read the notices and reach the filters at the same time without annoying overlaps. The fix is already active automatically for all users and requires no action on your part.
