The Future Climate — Dew Point indicator shows projections of dew point temperature at 2 metres above ground based on CMIP6 climate models. The dew point indicates the temperature at which air becomes saturated with water vapour: high values indicate high absolute humidity.
For each day, projected mean, maximum, and minimum values are provided. The dew point is a more reliable indicator of absolute humidity than relative humidity and influences dew formation, fog, condensation, and thermal comfort.
Data come from the Open-Meteo Climate Change API (CMIP6 models). The variable used is dew_point_2m (dew point at 2m above ground) with mean, maximum, and minimum values. Data are interpolated to the site's geographic position.
