Frequently asked questions
How fast can you screen a portfolio?
Two to six weeks for a full nature and climate risk ranking from satellite and IPCC data, depending on the number of assets and the countries involved.
Who signs the deliverables?
A named expert of the discipline involved: an ecologist for baselines and action plans, a hydrologist for water, a climate risk analyst for scenarios, an ESG strategist for disclosures. Their name is on the document.
Do we need to install sensors?
Only where the data says field evidence is warranted. Screening and scenario products work from satellite and models alone; XN Biodiversity and XN VMS add sensors and surveys on priority sites.
Which standards do you cover?
ESRS E1 to E4, TCFD, ISSB, TNFD, SBTN, GRI, EU Taxonomy, BNG, BREEAM and LEED ecology credits, EIA/SEA/VIncA procedures, EUDR, CDP Water, AWS, ISO 14090.
