Privacy and data protection.

This site loads no profiling script until you allow it. Without your consent the only third-party script is Cloudflare Turnstile, the anti-bot check on the site's forms, for security; with your consent it also loads Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics for statistics and, for marketing, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Google tag for Google Ads, and it keeps the click id of the ad you arrived from so a request can be attributed to its campaign. Page views and loading speed are measured by Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie. XNatura counts pages, scrolling and form steps on its own server: without statistics consent anonymously, with nothing stored on your device; with it, under a random id kept in your browser and never tied to your name or email. The cookie policy lists each one, and is where you change your answer. Data you send us, by email or through the contact form, is handled by 3Bee SRL as data controller under the GDPR: we use it to answer you, and for marketing only if you tick that box. The full privacy policy of 3Bee applies to this site and to the platform.

The AI voice assistant

If you start a voice conversation, your audio and the project or contact details you provide are sent through XNatura's voice service to Google Gemini to generate responses and prepare an editable draft. The microphone requires your permission, and you can end the conversation at any time. You review the draft in the form and confirm its submission before a contact request is sent. Marketing consent remains separate and optional.

Booking a call with the XNatura team

You can book a call with the XNatura team from the booking calendar on this site, by talking to the voice assistant here on the site, or by phoning +39 030 204 1767. To book we ask for your name, email, company, the topic you want to discuss and the time you choose; when you book by voice, the voice conversation is processed as well.

3Bee SRL handles this data as data controller under the GDPR: we use it to organise the call you ask for and to follow up with you as a sales contact. On the phone and in the voice conversation on the site you are speaking with an AI assistant: the conversation is sent through XNatura's voice service to Google Gemini, as for the voice assistant described above, and it is transcribed. In the booking calendar, the topic you write is read by an AI model to choose the right person on the team; on the web voice and on the phone, the same assistant makes that choice during the conversation.

The booking and the contact are recorded in ONIT, 3Bee's booking and CRM tool. Google Workspace creates the Google Calendar event and the Google Meet link, and sends the invitation to the email you give. Cloudflare Turnstile runs the anti-abuse check in the booking calendar, and Telnyx carries the phone line. We keep the transcripts of voice conversations for up to 365 days, and bookings that are not confirmed or that we decline for 30 days. Otherwise the periods of the full 3Bee privacy policy apply, and that policy explains how to exercise your rights.

Access to the Projects and authorisations explorer

After a 20-second preview, the Projects and authorisations explorer asks you to sign in with a free 3Bee account, the same one as ilovenatura and 3bee.com. To create the account we ask for your first name, last name, work email, company and a password: the account and the password are kept by 3Bee's account service, and this site does not store the password. If you sign in with Google, your name and email come from your Google account together with its identifier, which we use only to complete the sign-in, and for a new account we ask only for your company. The data controller is 3Bee SRL.

We use this data to give you access to the catalogue with your account and to contact you for business purposes, as a company (B2B). The legal basis is our legitimate interest, which we have assessed in writing against your rights; you can object at any time. Marketing messages are sent only if you tick the optional, separate box of the form: access to the catalogue never depends on that consent (GDPR, Article 7(4)).

When you create an account, the contact is recorded in ONIT, our CRM. Cloudflare processes the technical data of the Turnstile check that protects the registration; Google takes part only if you choose to sign in with Google. We keep the data for the periods set out in the full 3Bee privacy policy, as for requests sent through the contact form, and that policy explains how to exercise your rights. Two technical cookies, described in the cookie policy, keep you signed in for up to 30 days; Log out ends the session.
